Community

Short Fork will preserve the natural topography, the existing mature tree canopy, and other natural features to seamlessly integrate the beautiful natural surroundings into everyday living. Mindful architectural elements, like central post boxes and porches that connect to the street and close proximity to open spaces and recreational amenities, will help foster community and create a strong social fabric.
